The production of the blanks is done exclusively on high-modern CNC machines. We have at our disposal 6-axis machining centers as well as laser and water jet machines. Precision is our top priority!

Processing
During further processing, all components undergo a thorough cleaning process in the first step. In the further step, the building cables are then forwarded to your respective station where the preparation for the final assembly takes place. These include e.g. deburring or even preparing and refining the individual materials.
Final Assembly
During production assembly, the components are assembled ready for shipment and accepted. These include e.g. the bonding or screwing of components. Subsequently, the component is subjected to a quality control. Once these steps have been completed, the component is packed ready for dispatch. The component is now ready for delivery.
